I’m looking for a role where I can combine operations, marketing strategy, and data analytics—owning KPI design, workflow/process improvements, and cross-functional execution in a fast-paced environment focused on measurable growth.

I’m an operations and marketing strategist with strong experience in operations management, process optimization, and data-driven KPI design. As an Operations & Strategy Lead (F&B), I direct end-to-end supply chain operations, negotiate with suppliers, and implement Excel dashboards that enable real-time performance monitoring and decision-making.

I also drive growth through targeted marketing strategy and execution—leveraging social media, WhatsApp broadcast groups, and customer engagement campaigns to increase customer base and sales. Previously, I built interactive reporting dashboards with Excel and Power BI, streamlined cross-functional workflows, and supported digital rollouts for major clients; as a freelance consultant, I used analytics to improve ROI, created KPI frameworks, and delivered performance reports with actionable recommendations.
