At FSS Powering System, I provide L2 production support for banking applications, including UPI, Merchant and Virtual Debit Card systems. I monitor application health and transaction flows using Splunk, AppDynamics and Grafana.
I investigate API and transaction issues, perform root cause analysis, and use Oracle 21c SQL for troubleshooting and data validation. I also manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow and JIRA in line with ITIL practices and SLA commitments.
At Acutec Global Services, I supported SFMS and RFMS and monitored NEFT/RTGS messaging systems. I also worked with IBM MQ and WebSphere, supported deployments and release validation, and performed Functional, Regression, UAT and Black Box Testing.
