I'm looking to continue supporting business-critical applications in a 24x7 environment, with opportunities to deepen production troubleshooting, monitoring, incident management, and reliability engineering work.

At IDFC First Bank, I provide 24x7 production support for business-critical enterprise banking applications, restoring services quickly while meeting SLA commitments. I lead incident triage, troubleshooting, RCA, and coordination across application, infrastructure, and database teams.

I use Linux/Unix, Oracle SQL, WebLogic, Dynatrace, Grafana, and ELK Stack to investigate issues across web, application, database, and infrastructure layers. I also support deployments, release validation, batch operations, change management, and DR activities.
