At NTT DATA, I support Finastra banking applications for the Asian Development Bank across production and non-production environments. I troubleshoot incidents involving Loan IQ, Summit and the Data Conversion Tool.
For DCT upload processes, I performed performance analysis and multithreading validation, improving upload efficiency by at least 30%. I investigate root causes using application logs, SQL and data validation, and system behavior analysis.
I also troubleshoot REST and SOAP integrations, including payloads and data transformations between systems. My work includes banking workflows such as settlement processing, loan servicing and syndicated loan processing.
Previously, as an Application Support Engineer at WNP Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I supported customized applications for the Cheque Truncation System project for Suncorp. I worked on SQL/PLSQL queries, Linux administration and application deployment support.
