At BNP PARIBAS INDIA SOLUTIONS, I lead production and application support for business-critical financial applications. I coordinate a support team of approximately 12 across incident resolution, problem management, and operational support.
I coordinate major incidents, investigate technical issues, and work with application, database, infrastructure, and business teams on root-cause analysis and remediation. I also drive permanent fixes and proactive monitoring improvements for recurring incidents.
I develop Shell-based automation, including autostart and autostop activities, to reduce manual intervention and operational risk. My troubleshooting work includes Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, Unix/Linux, and monitoring with Geneos, Dynatrace, and Kibana.
Previously, I supported financial and production applications at S&S C ADVENT, WIBMO SOFTWARE PVT. LTD., and FIS BUSINESS SOLUTIONS. Across these roles, I worked on availability, incident investigation, SQL-based analysis, and Unix/Linux operations.
