My work delivered more than $769K in savings, including $700K in CAPEX optimization, and eliminated 13,600+ annual hours of manual effort through CPQ and renewal automation.

Previously at Fiserv, I built and scaled a 75-member offshore Sales Operations organization across Hyderabad and Gurgaon. I led hiring, capability development, onshore-to-offshore transitions, BI dashboard deployment, and business continuity planning for Lead-to-Quote operations.
