I am a seasoned Senior Data & Business Systems Analyst with over 10 years of diverse experience spanning Sales Operations, Data Analysis, Procurement, Renewals, Order Management, and Process Transformation. My core strength lies in driving operational efficiency and data accuracy across the lead-to-cash cycle, having worked extensively with tools like Salesforce (including CPQ), Oracle, SAP, and Power BI.

At Aptean, I played a key role in transforming forecasting from revenue-based to asset-based, solving long-standing issues with incorrect ARR reporting. I also redesigned asset transfer processes from a manual SQL-based approach to a trackable opportunity-based workflow in Salesforce—drastically reducing errors and improving traceability.

I’ve led successful initiatives to clean and standardize reporting data, identify root causes for system and process failures, and work closely with development teams to deliver scalable, sustainable solutions. I’m hands-on with Power BI, Excel, SQL, and have started learning Python and Generative AI to enhance my analytics capabilities.
