Owned end-to-end Salesforce CPQ architecture—product catalog, bundle configuration, pricing/product rules, quote generation, contract creation, and asset lifecycle—for 100s of global SaaS accounts. Resolved daily post-closure order, contract, and asset failures, corrected a systemic CPQ enterprise bundle pricing defect, and built and mentored a 5-person O2C operations team from scratch.
Served as the primary SME for complex Q2C scenario resolution across install base and renewals workflows within a 15-member global Sales Operations team.
