What I'm looking for
I’m a goal-oriented Zonal Expert Sales Manager with experience across FMCG and pharmaceutical environments, focused on growing revenue while improving customer satisfaction. I’m known for streamlining procedures, maximizing productivity, and building high-performing teams.
In my zonal role, I own sales planning and performance review for existing products, including quarterly input planning and training my ESEs on brand strategy and product knowledge. I use doctor-product mapping and update communication strategies, while strictly aligning sponsorship and other actions with MCI compliance guidelines. I also run Month Operating Cycle (MOC) meetings and monitor day-to-day progress across the territory.
I lead new product launch planning by preparing RCPA activities with chemists and assessing doctor potential using PMT guidelines. I coordinate preparations for CME events, conduct weekly reviews to capture post-launch performance, and adjust execution for teams that can’t convert doctor visits. I also perform competitor analysis and maintain structured KOL/KBL and stockist/retailer data to support effective route planning and visit growth.
I enjoy mentoring: I lead, mentor, and manage a team of 9 ESEs, helping them deliver year-on-year growth targets through coaching and targeted training.
