I’m a pharmaceutical business leader with a consistent track record in marketing & sales, focused on on-time delivery, continuous improvement, and a “Can do” mindset. Over the years, I’ve led Area/Business functions across multiple therapeutic areas (Pedia, Gyn, CP, ENT, GP; Rheumatology, Orthopedics, Derma; Oncology, Orthopedics, Gastro Enterology; Critical Care, ICU, Anesthesia) while managing teams of 4–6 Field Executives across Vellore, Chennai, Kanchipuram, Tiruvannamalai, and Pondicherry. I build business using strong business planning, developing market strategies and policies to achieve sales targets, and brand/molecule promotion with new market development.
I’m proud of practical, measurable wins—entering new product QTRON (L-Glutamine) in CMCH Vellore during tender, reaching 300 sachets/month, and supporting the shift to standing order. I also contributed to first-time market launch of Metoprolol and I’ve gained deep hospital relationships (e.g., CMC Vellore and other leading institutions), along with experience organizing CME’s and department meetings.
