What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a meaningful role where I can give back to my community. I want a place that values great customer service, leadership, and growth—where I can learn new skills while making an impactful difference.

I’m a customer service leader with over ten years of experience, known for resolving issues quickly, keeping teams upbeat, and delivering great service. I enjoy taking initiative—whether that’s leading a shift, training others, or anticipating store needs through inventory and preparation.

Most recently, I’ve been a Shift Lead at Sunergos, welcoming guests, explaining drinks, processing transactions, and creating a warm environment. I support quality through detailed cleaning (espresso machine and grinders), espresso shot tasting for proper grinder dialing, and training in latte art. I also handle ordering supplies, deposits, and maintaining the team’s flow with strong communication and problem solving.

I’ve also strengthened my operations and front-desk experience as an Operations Assistant at Anchal Project and a Receptionist at BellaTox Boutique. At Anchal Project, I improved efficiency by initiating a process that reduced product audit time by 80%, while managing audits, reporting, photography with Capture One, and order/return updates. At BellaTox, I guided appointments and checkouts using Square and care/payment tools, supported upset customer interactions, sold skincare products, and helped manage outreach and events.
