What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can contribute customer service, team leadership, administrative, digital, and organizational skills while growing in a supportive, fast-paced, remote team environment.

I've led high-volume shifts at Dunkin', training new employees, coordinating preparation and inventory, handling cash transactions, and resolving customer concerns professionally.

At Southern States, I processed transactions, assisted customers with purchases and product questions, and balanced daily operational responsibilities in a busy retail environment.

I'm pursuing an A.A.S. in Management and bring administrative support, scheduling, digital content creation, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and creative software skills to remote team environments.
