I’m a Contact Center Representative focused on helping people confidently navigate healthcare coverage, wellness programs, and access to care. I educate members about their options and support them with services like primary care physician selection.

In my contact center role, I maintain accurate documentation of calls, inquiries, and outcomes in compliance with company procedures. I also work to resolve customer inquiries on first contact to maximize satisfaction.

Earlier, I served as a Shift Lead at Elianos Coffee, where I advised customers on promotions and recommended products based on their needs. I managed inventory, submitted orders to vendors, ensured timely deliveries, and collaborated with other team leaders to improve service policies and quality.

I also worked as a Customer Service /Cashier at Ross, balancing cash drawers each shift and providing excellent service during transactions. I supported sales floor operations through stocking schedules, marketing display setup, and inventory reporting to management.
