What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fast-paced, challenging position that offers opportunities for personal growth, where I can use my customer service, communication, sales, and organizational skills.

I'm currently supporting customers remotely at Academy Sports & Outdoors, using clear communication, problem-solving, and organization to manage changing priorities while keeping the customer perspective central.

At Just Energy, I handled inbound sales leads, managed generated-lead pipelines, made outbound retention calls, and worked toward daily KPIs and monthly and quarterly sales targets.

I've also coordinated orders, scheduled loads, maintained filing systems, and responded to customer questions at Your Direct Transport. My earlier cashier experience at Aramark strengthened my cash handling, transaction processing, and guest service skills.

I'm seeking a fast-paced, challenging opportunity where I can contribute strong leadership, communication, attention to detail, and continued personal growth.
