I’m a results-driven operations and business development professional with 20+ years of experience across IT, telecom, and audio-visual industries. I’ve built a reputation for managing high-value client relationships and coordinating cross-functional teams in distributed environments.

In recent roles, I’ve driven growth as a Business Development Manager by developing strategic plans, expanding customer base, and managing client accounts remotely. I maintain strong business rhythm through sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review, while coordinating product delivery and service execution across locations.

Before that, I led account and service delivery as a Senior Account Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring timely service delivery through proactive remote communication.
