I’ve grown businesses through both operational rigor and growth execution—scaling a travel venture to ₹8Cr+ ARR via referrals and strong client servicing, while improving conversion by implementing AI chatbot workflows for faster qualification. I also handle escalations with vendor delays, booking conflicts, and operational emergencies while protecting customer satisfaction.

As a Category Head for Home Decor, I built the category from scratch and scaled revenue from ₹50L to ₹10Cr in 8 months, with projected ARR of ₹30Cr. I scaled production to 10,000 units/day across 10,000+ SKUs by establishing 20+ in-house capabilities, and drove performance with ROAS from 2.2x to 9x.

I bring strong cross-functional leadership—building partner and supplier networks (including 500+ hotel/DMC partners and 100+ transport operators) and leading a 15-person team. I’m equally hands-on with marketing and discovery levers—SEO overhaul, catalog improvements for organic impressions, and full-funnel campaign ownership—backed by tools like Google Workspace, Notion, CRM trackers, and analytics-focused ad platforms.
