At Securitas USA, I support approximately 160 staff across a six-building cluster, using Oracle Enterprise AI, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Quip, Excel, and Python to improve training, communications, scheduling, and document workflows.
I build schedule generators, automate PDF certification processing, track training and compliance metrics with advanced formulas, and maintain centralized SOPs. I also oversee badging, visitor management, and access control while collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams.
Previously at Culver's, I led full-cycle hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching, and high-volume daily operations. I enjoy building efficient teams and making administrative work simpler, more organized, and more effective.
