I seek a role where I can improve operations and customer experience, build SOPs and KPIs, contribute digital marketing skills, and grow within a collaborative, remote-friendly team.

I am an operations and customer success professional with 2 years of experience working with a service-based small business and managing a team of 5 people. I have a strong foundation in digital marketing, process design, and KPI-driven performance management. I build SOPs, implement workflow optimisations, and design structures that keep teams and projects running smoothly.

I have led customer-facing operations, supervised staff, managed bookings and reservations, and resolved client issues to improve satisfaction and retention. I also plan and execute promotional campaigns, perform bookkeeping and audits, and conduct risk assessments with preventive and response strategies. I am proficient in tools such as Google Workspace, Asana/Trello,… and I can help your business with accurate data entry, calendar scheduling, Process Improvement, Customer journeys, market research, and general virtual assistant tasks.
