What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue owning B2B product strategy and delivery, especially telecom compliance, operations, CRM, billing, or platform products. I value customer discovery, measurable product decisions, cross-functional execution, and direct responsibility for releases and commercial outcomes.

At Infinity Consultants, I own four B2B telecom product lines for Indian ISPs and VNOs: IPDR and syslog compliance, ISP CRM, GST billing, and subscriber applications. I shipped an IPDR compliance product in 10 days under DoT enforcement pressure, ran 50+ demos, and closed 15 customers.

I define PRDs, release plans, acceptance criteria, pricing, and client-facing demos across 36 deployments. I packaged IPDR and syslog for the same buyer, built CRM asset tracking at serial and MAC level, and specified GST-compliant billing for full, partial, and over-payments.

I use customer interviews, competitor benchmarks, ticket data, and vendor evaluation to make product decisions. I also improved release quality by identifying missing acceptance criteria behind a 16% defect reopen rate and making them mandatory.
