At Infosys, I led product lifecycle work across telecom transformation engagements, including CPQ, product catalog, order management, charging and billing. I also defined and validated REST API contracts in Swagger/OpenAPI to connect CRM, order management and billing.
At Ericsson India Global Services, I worked on OSS/BSS modules supporting digital initiatives and customer journeys. I’m currently prototyping Freelance Pay, an AI tool for invoice follow-ups and tone-aware message drafts.
