Product Owner II at CSG International, building telecom order-management and AI automation capabilities.
IndiaWhat I'm looking for
At CSG International (Netcracker Technologies), I own the lifecycle of a SaaS telecom order-management platform serving major North American cable and broadband operators. I’ve delivered capabilities for pricing validation, field scheduling, flexible payments, and order workflows, and led a legacy bulk-change capability’s migration to a shared, cloud-based, multi-tenant platform.
I built OrderSkillsWorkspace, a reusable AI workspace that reduced Product Owner documentation effort by 50%, with a human-reviewed, RAG-grounded agent for drafting user stories. In independent product projects, I researched and designed an organic marketplace MVP and an AI-assisted telecom support experience; my work at Telstra also sparked my interest in owning products from problem discovery through delivery.
Experience
Work history, roles, and key accomplishments
Own the product lifecycle for a SaaS telecom order-management platform serving 60M+ consumers across major North American cable and broadband operators. Deliver 40+ features annually, translating customer problems into product requirements and partnering with Engineering, Architecture, and QA.
Converted ambiguous business requirements into functional requirements, acceptance scenarios, and delivery plans, catching product gaps and integration risks early. Partnered across Product, Engineering, and QA on microservices and API-based integrations.
Identified functional gaps and integration risks across telecom applications and delivered a proof of concept for a 15-member team in Argentina that drove adoption of automation practices using Selenium.
