At SL Group Sp. z o.o., I direct daily European road freight operations, manage client and carrier relationships, negotiate rates, and handle exceptions. I also build the office’s operating structure and processes.
I grew the branch to a team of about 20, roughly tripling its headcount, and drove monthly office margin to roughly five times its previous level year over year. I own hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management for the team.
I designed and deployed an internal tool that uses AI coding assistants to automatically process incoming orders from email and reduce manual handling. I’m also developing payroll and work-hour tracking automation and co-founding an AI freelance studio building a multi-agent system for client automation projects.
