Handled and processed General Liability and Property Damage insurance claims, maintaining communication with insured clients to ensure claims were completed per contractual requirements. Coordinated with independent appraisers and authored coverage denial and reservation of rights letters as needed.

Advised undergraduate students on class schedules, graduation plans, and degree audits, supporting smooth progression through the psychology program. Managed the department budget for conferences and symposium travel and supported course delivery and program evaluation.
