What I'm looking for
I’m an IT Support Specialist focused on troubleshooting, network security, and cloud infrastructure—bringing a practical, end-user-first mindset to every environment I support. I’m certified in Network Support (N+), Fortinet Network Security (NSE 1-3), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and I enjoy turning complex technical issues into stable, dependable systems.
In recent roles, I’ve administered and maintained complete ICT infrastructure—network switches, Wi‑Fi access points, servers, CCTV, biometric systems, biometric/learning platforms, and more—while ensuring secure access, backups, and smooth day-to-day operations. I provide responsive helpdesk and onsite support, manage asset inventory and documentation, and coordinate repairs with internal teams and external vendors to keep service interruptions minimal.
I also build and improve digital capability, from maintaining and redesigning organizational websites to contributing to full-stack development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, and PHP. I’m especially motivated by work that combines infrastructure reliability with security, cloud migration, and continuous improvement—so teams can teach, operate, and grow without technical friction.
