What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hands-on IT support role where I can strengthen secure operations through Microsoft 365 administration, networking troubleshooting, and cybersecurity best practices—while continuously improving service delivery through incident resolution and user training.

I provide day-to-day IT technical support across the enterprise, handling system maintenance, hardware diagnostics, software debugging, and network troubleshooting to keep business operations running smoothly.

I administer Microsoft 365—Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online—so teams can collaborate securely and stay productive. I also install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, software, and peripherals to ensure strong performance and reliability.

I support LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi‑Fi configuration, IP addressing, VPN access, and router/switch troubleshooting, while applying cybersecurity best practices across endpoint protection, user access management, password security, and software patching. I’m energized by resolving incidents efficiently and delivering user training that improves overall IT service delivery.
