I’m looking to lead SaaS implementations end-to-end in a high-growth, cross-functional environment—building repeatable onboarding systems, aligning stakeholders, and driving adoption, retention, and long-term client value.

I’m a SaaS Implementation / Project Management and client delivery professional with 7+ years of experience delivering solutions across complex, cross-functional environments. I lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation from kickoff through go-live, aligning stakeholders, mitigating risk, and translating business needs into scalable, high-impact outcomes.

At APEX CONNECT, I promoted into lead implementation and project delivery as the company scaled—running ~20 concurrent implementations across enterprise platforms (including Workday, NetSuite, SAP Concur, UKG, Blackbaud, and Yardi). I built project frameworks, delivery standards, playbooks, templates, and workflows to improve visibility, on-time completion, adoption, and post-launch continuity, and I also developed reporting and KPIs while supporting a 300+ account portfolio.
