What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote Customer Success role where I can use my organization, communication, customer support, and client relationship management skills to contribute to customer success.

I'm supporting daily operations and financial recordkeeping at 5' One Tailor Fashion, maintaining monthly bookkeeping, sales transactions, cash receipts, and accounts receivable schedules in Microsoft Excel.

I also communicate with customers and follow up on outstanding payments while organizing business records and supporting administrative tasks.

Previously, at Awoof Deal Brewery, I assisted customers with product inquiries and purchases, resolved concerns, processed transactions accurately, and maintained sales records.
