I’m a highly organized, detail-oriented undergraduate building my career in customer support and administrative support. I’ve managed 40–60+ customer inquiries daily through live chat and email while maintaining excellent service standards and accurate documentation.

In my roles, I guide customers through platform features, resolve account-related concerns, and provide clear step-by-step solutions that improve understanding and satisfaction. I also maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities using CRM software, collaborating with team members to deliver consistent, positive customer experiences.

Before focusing on customer support, I strengthened my client communication and operations skills through sales and operations support work—identifying client needs, recommending suitable products, following up proactively, and collecting feedback. I’m currently pursuing a B.Sc. in International Relations and looking for opportunities to contribute, learn, and grow in customer support and administrative roles.
