What I'm looking for

I am seeking a leadership role where I can coach teams, solve technical and operational problems, improve processes, and deliver strong customer experiences in a stable, growth-minded organization.

I am a results-driven manager and former law enforcement professional with broad experience in retail operations, technical support, and insurance sales.

I have led stores and teams at AT&T, trained and stepped in as acting manager at GameStop, and supervised AutoTech teams at Best Buy—consistently improving operations, executing merchandising, and handling opening/closing and cash deposits.

I served as a police patrol officer and correctional officer, was class leader at the police academy, and hold a BS in Criminal Justice/Forensics plus an associate degree in criminal justice; I apply strong conflict management, interviewing, and security skills to every role.

I enjoy solving technical problems, performing device and vehicle installations and repairs, and coaching employees to higher performance. I seek roles where I can lead teams, improve processes, and deliver reliable customer experiences.
