I am a customer-focused service professional with broad experience across hospitality, retail, field merchandising, warehouse operations and technical support. I combine hands-on store and inventory work with call-center and policy support responsibilities to resolve customer issues efficiently.

I have trained and evaluated new employees, operated POS systems, managed inventory with PDA devices, and completed in-store installs and audits. In technical support roles I triaged tickets, documented troubleshooting steps, escalated complex issues, and communicated progress to customers. I recently obtained P&C insurance training and currently work on policy issuance, billing and retention tasks while handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
