I’m looking for a people-first operations role where I can lead store teams, own budgets and inventory accuracy, and combine customer service with insurance-claims and technical troubleshooting expertise to improve performance.

I’m a results-driven operations and retail manager with 15+ years leading store teams, improving service execution, and delivering consistent operational results. I bring hands-on leadership, budget discipline, and a strong technical background from claims processing and equipment service.

As a Store Manager, I develop teams through coaching Assistant Store Managers and representatives, manage scheduling and labor to stay aligned with daily needs and budget, and oversee inventory accuracy and reporting. I’m focused on performance tracking through timely, accurate operational reporting and continuous operational improvement.

Before that, I led day-to-day retail operations including hiring, training, supervision, merchandising strategies, and sales growth. I also managed cash flow, monitored sales trends, optimized pricing, and ensured full compliance with local, state, and federal liquor laws, including age verification and responsible service practices.

I also add depth through cross-functional experience in customer-facing technical and claims work—supporting policyholders through inspections, rentals coordination, and evidence-based claim investigations, with active insurance claims licensure across 16 states. Earlier roles strengthened my troubleshooting and service skills through battery service and gaming equipment diagnostics, repairs, software upgrades, and system integration.
