What I'm looking for

I’m looking to leverage my investigations, CCTV monitoring, and operational leadership to prevent loss and strengthen policy compliance. I want to work in a security-focused environment where accurate documentation, discretion, and objective judgment are valued.

I’m a Loss Prevention & Asset Protection professional with 15 years of customer service experience and 5 years of retail management experience. I build trust through strong observation, sound judgment, professionalism, and staying calm and objective in high-pressure situations.

In my current role as a Landers CDJR Sales Consultant, I maintain detailed and accurate customer records using CRM software and handle confidential customer and financial information with discretion and accuracy. I resolve customer concerns and documentation discrepancies, collaborate with management and multiple departments, and ensure policy compliance while using strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Previously, I served as a Dollar General Store Manager where I led daily operations for a high-volume location, including inventory control, cash accountability, employee supervision, and operational compliance. I utilized CCTV systems to monitor store activity, investigated inventory shortages and policy violations, prepared reports and maintained records, and trained teams on security procedures, safety standards, and loss prevention practices.

My correctional officer experience further strengthened my investigative and documentation foundation. I monitored activities, identified potential security concerns, enforced established policies, documented incidents, gathered information, and supported conflict resolution and de-escalation efforts—always exercising sound judgment and remaining objective. I’m currently completing an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice through the University of Phoenix (anticipated November 2026) and have completed Paralegal Studies coursework through Bryan University.
