With 28 years of experience in retail management, I have honed my skills in team leadership, training, and customer service. My journey began as an Area Supervisor at Kohl's Department Store, where I developed a strong foundation in operational leadership and employee management. Over the years, I have successfully overseen high-volume retail environments, focusing on building strong employee relationships and driving performance.

Currently, as a Store Manager, I lead a multi-million dollar department store, where I am responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and training new leaders. My passion for coaching and developing teams has been instrumental in fostering a positive work environment. Additionally, I have ventured into content creation, producing educational videos in the audio and tech field, which showcases my creativity and commitment to public education.
