What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a site-based IT role where I can apply a systematic approach to infrastructure within a local team, communicate clearly, and keep systems reliable and well maintained.

I've maintained ICT operations at Clarendon High School for Girls, supporting help desk delivery, computer systems, new equipment installations, inventory, and staff ICT queries.

I administer Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, Google Cloud Platform, FortiGate firewalls, and ESET Management. I also install cabling, patch panels, cabinets, switches, computers, printers, and sound equipment while supporting events and leading a Tech Crew.

At Scaled Inc., I own client-ticket escalations, provide advanced Microsoft 365 administration, support Windows Server environments, and maintain SLA compliance through disciplined incident management and documentation.

I've also delivered freelance hardware, software, upgrade, networking, and CAT cabling support for individual clients. I bring a systematic, collaborative approach focused on making infrastructure a reliable, well-maintained business asset.
