What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT Support role where I can handle Service Desk and Onsite Support, troubleshoot network/server/endpoint issues, and use monitoring and security tools to improve customer satisfaction while growing toward senior responsibilities.

I’m an action-oriented IT Support Technician with extensive experience in Service Desk, Onsite Support, and Field Engineering. I’ve proven results improving IT Customer Satisfaction ratings from 2.0/10 to 8.3/10 within two months, while quickly troubleshooting complex network, server, and endpoint issues.

In my current Onsite Support Engineer role, I manage 20–30 daily tickets, administer Active Directory and Azure AD for user life-cycle management, and remediate endpoint security alerts using ESET and FortiGate reporting. I’m also strengthening endpoint security through monthly vulnerability remediation, and I’m currently completing a Diploma in Information Technology while building on certifications across Fortinet, 3CX VoIP, Veeam, CCNA essentials, AWS Educate, and ITIL® V4.
