I am an instructional designer and e-learning developer with over 17 years' experience building accessible, bilingual, and enterprise training solutions for clients across hospitality, healthcare, finance, and consumer sectors. I combine a Master’s in Computer Science with hands-on skills in Storyline, Rise, Vyond, Camtasia and digital adoption platforms like Whatfix to produce interactive courses, animated video content, and in-app guidance that drive adoption and meet business objectives.
