What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design accessible LMS products, workplace learning and digital guidance that turn complex information into clear, usable learner experiences.

I've designed the live Behaviorprise LMS for a behavioural-health client, turning business and subject-matter needs into accessible certification paths, course architecture, assessments, progress tracking and educator workflows. At ACCHO and Ontario AIDS Network, I turn post-COVID evidence from 300+ health and community sources into structured, searchable learning content and governance practices.

Previously, I created digital-banking learning and performance support at Sterling Bank for an environment serving 4.5M+ customers, contributing to 25% higher transaction success. Across Sheridan, Imaginarium and Sterling Bank, I've built e-learning, multimedia, job aids and accessible guidance using Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, HTML/CSS and LMS publishing tools.
