I’m a creative instructional designer and eLearning developer with 10+ years designing engaging digital content and delivering high-quality multimedia projects with cross-functional teams. I’m passionate about turning complex information into learner-centered experiences that improve performance.

Currently, I’m transitioning into Instructional Design with hands-on experience developing scenario-based eLearning in Articulate Storyline 360. I apply instructional design methodologies like ADDIE, SAM, and Action Mapping, along with adult learning principles, to make learning practical and effective.

In my “Leadership Onboarding eLearning Module,” I conducted learner analysis, set measurable learning objectives, built an Action Map and branching scenarios, and created interactive knowledge checks with immediate feedback. I also used ADDIE, Action Mapping, Mayer’s Multimedia Principles, and adult learning strategies, while designing custom graphics, interactions, and multimedia assets.

My multimedia background strengthens how I collaborate and refine digital experiences. As a Senior Animator and Animator, I translated project requirements into engaging experiences, incorporated stakeholder feedback through iterative review cycles, mentored junior artists, maintained production schedules, and consistently met deadlines.
