What I'm looking for

I seek roles designing scalable, tech-enabled learning solutions that blend e-learning and instructor-led delivery, with room for leadership, collaboration, and process improvement.

I am an instructional designer and training developer with experience designing regulatory, onboarding, and e-learning programs across corporate and education settings. I apply ADDIE, SAM, and Agile principles to create learner-centered content using tools like Articulate 360, Captivate, Rise360, Camtasia and LMS platforms, and I have delivered in-person Train-the-Trainer sessions and led process improvements.

I have worked in airlines, manufacturing, and education — conducting needs analyses, collaborating with SMEs and managers, and managing projects and HR ops initiatives. I hold a Master of Arts in Educational Technology, professional certifications including PSM I and Change Management Practitioner, and a strong record of improving learning outcomes, streamlining processes, and stepping into managerial responsibilities when needed.
