At CAS Software AG, I owned the full lifecycle of SmartWe CRM, taking B2B SaaS products from concept through go-live and iteration.
I led SmartWe's largest enterprise engagement for a leading commercial vehicle manufacturer, coordinating two workstreams across five-plus internal teams for a global CRM rollout across DACH, Scandinavia, and France.
I designed a cross-platform e-invoicing service adopted by four CAS products, supporting XRechnung and ZUGFeRD compliance, while owning both the user integration and microservice architecture. I also shaped the Secure Login 2FA mobile app roadmap and delivered CRM solutions for Deutsche Bahn Energie and Bioland.
I'm now building AI product prototypes with LangGraph, RAG, FastAPI, and LLM evaluation, including a PRD-generation pipeline and a production-deployed portfolio assistant. I enjoy working closely with engineering, digging into data, and measuring whether what I build gets used.
