At FINGULAR LTD., I supported global onboarding product initiatives across several markets. I maintained product documentation, mapped customer journeys, and managed the onboarding backlog in JIRA.

At PT BITHEALTH TEKNOLOGI PINTAR, I worked as both Project Manager and Business Analyst on implementation projects, including a Kidney Transplant Patient Registry and a Claim Management System.
