During my time at Diskominfo Kota Yogyakarta, I conducted interviews and analyzed business processes to identify optimization opportunities. I also developed detailed business requirement documents. As a Technical Writer at Fist Effect, I created user manuals and trained staff on CMS, enhancing their efficiency.

In my role as a Cloud Computing Mentor at Bangkit Academy, I led groups of students, contributing to an 88% pass rate. Additionally, I taught programming labs to over 50 students each semester at Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Yogyakarta, covering various programming courses.
