I've spent 15+ years turning operational needs into functional systems across ERP implementation, web development, QA, analytics, and digital operations.

At HashMicro, I led Odoo ERP Manufacturing Module implementations, translated client processes into functional specifications, designed customization requirements, and coordinated developers through UAT, issue resolution, and enhancements.
