What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer- and patient-centered role where I can use my communication and scheduling strengths to solve problems quickly, maintain privacy, and deliver consistently high-quality service with clear processes and supportive teamwork.

I’m an enthusiastic patient services and customer service professional driven to deliver superior-quality support through clear communication, strong negotiation, and a genuine commitment to customer loyalty. I’m skilled at turning complex processes into simple next steps so patients and families feel informed, respected, and cared for.

Since June 2020, I’ve worked as a Patient Service Rep. at Kresge Eye Institute – Wayne Health. I confirm and collect patient demographics and insurance information, handle physician referral workflows, and schedule appointments according to defined protocols—while providing a positive patient and family experience that prioritizes privacy and confidentiality.

I also bring proven call-center and donor-registration experience from CSL PLASMA (Donor Registration, Jan 2020–Dec 2020) and Concentrix (Cadillac Connection Center Advisor, Feb 2018–Jan 2020). I process and record phone transactions, gather and analyze customer information to determine issues, research to deliver the best outcome in a timely manner, and troubleshoot technical issues involving internet connectivity and Bluetooth.

Earlier in my career, I supported patients directly as a Patient Care Tech at St. John Hospital (Apr 2015–May 2016), where I performed vital signs monitoring, assisted with hygiene and mobility, supported specimen collection, and helped with basic treatments under supervision. I’m proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Mac OS X, and I earned a Top Advisor Quality Score Performance (March 2019).
