I’m looking for a patient-focused customer support or patient services role where I can handle calls, verify insurance, manage records, and support scheduling with strict compliance and clear communication.

I’m a patient service and customer support professional with experience handling high-volume calls, managing patient accounts, and supporting busy medical environments. I’m strong in screening procedures, compliance standards, and maintaining accurate records while keeping communication clear and timely.
