I've led UX research, instructional design, and digital adoption initiatives at Nordson Corporation, improving enterprise software onboarding and learning experiences for a global workforce. I use interviews, ticket-log analysis, surveys, usability testing, and course analytics to turn user pain points into intuitive journeys.
At the NASA Safety Center, I created accessible, mission-critical e-learning content for employees and contractors using multimedia production and HTML5/JavaScript. I also managed high-traffic websites and rebuilt an agency intranet information architecture at OhioGuidestone through user research.
I'm currently building Anvaya Feats' foundational digital learning strategy, user-centered content framework, interactive concepts, wireframes, and digital assets from scratch.
