I’m a results-driven Benefits Project Manager experienced in leading cross-functional implementation projects across planning and execution, including benefits administration initiatives, technology platform launches, and vendor partnerships. I manage timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, action items, and deliverables while keeping stakeholders aligned through strong communication and change management.

In my current role, I coordinate meetings, training sessions, testing activities, and documentation plans to ensure project readiness, while maintaining Salesforce records and implementation tracking tools to support operational efficiency. Before that, I led high-volume customer service work—managing CRM interactions, schedules, and issue resolution—and also served as a Server & Trainer, where I trained new employees and supported process consistency and operational needs.
