I'm looking to lead complex benefits, client implementation, or enterprise transformation programs where I can strengthen delivery governance, guide cross-functional teams, and deliver compliant outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

I've delivered benefits administration, health and welfare, and client implementation programs for Fortune 500 employers including McKinsey, Koch Industries, Nordstrom, Goodyear, and Thomas & Betts.

At Aon Hewitt and Alight Solutions, I led five end-to-end benefits implementations, from requirements and configuration through testing, deployment, open enrollment, and post-production support. I managed global teams of 8–20+ across development, benefits operations, QA, customer support, and production support.

More recently, I led payment-platform onboarding, settlement, and reconciliation programs at Fiserv and managed an enterprise transformation program at Cognizant. I bring PMP, CSM, and SAFe Agilist credentials to program governance, Agile delivery, compliance, vendor management, and executive communication.
