What I'm looking for

I want to keep growing in IT support while strengthening my path in information systems security. I’m looking for a team where fast, organized troubleshooting matters, where I can handle incidents end-to-end, and where continuous learning is supported.

I’m an IT & Network Support Technician with hands-on experience delivering on-site corporate IT support across 7 company locations, managing over 250 devices, and assisting around 4 users per day in Windows 10/11 environments. I independently resolved approximately 95% of technical incidents, maintaining an average response and resolution time of 10–15 minutes, with a strong focus on clear, effective troubleshooting and communication.

I also handle preventive and corrective maintenance, hardware upgrades, operating system deployment, and domain integration, along with basic switch access/configuration and network troubleshooting (including DHCP conflicts and connectivity issues). I standardize corporate operating system images to streamline deployment and invest in continuous learning through CCNA and cybersecurity-focused training, with a strong desire to keep developing in IT support and information systems security.
