I’m looking for a role where I can combine IT support and infrastructure work with network troubleshooting, secure access management, and clear incident ownership—while continuing to grow into software engineering with hands-on, process-driven teamwork.

I’m an IT professional with solid experience in technical support, infrastructure maintenance, and network troubleshooting across Windows and macOS environments. I deliver first and second-level support, perform root cause analysis, and I’m currently pursuing a degree in Software Engineering with strong foundational knowledge in databases and programming.
