What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my technical support experience and software engineering studies in a role where I can solve user and system issues, build with Java or Node.js, and continue growing through hands-on technical work.

I've supported users at Subred Integrada de Servicios de Salud Norte E.S.E, resolving first-level hardware, software, access, and user-account incidents in a high-demand healthcare environment.

I provide on-site and remote support, configure VPN access, upgrade Windows 11, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose hardware, install applications, manage domain onboarding, and configure antivirus tools. I also use CMD and Linux for technical troubleshooting, IP extraction, workstation configuration, service desk management, and technical documentation.

I'm a sixth-semester Software Engineering student building my programming foundation with Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL, Git, and web development.
